This software is proprietary to Wigglitz LLC and is intended solely for internal business use by authorized Wigglitz LLC employees and personnel.

License Grant

Wigglitz LLC grants authorized employees a limited, non-transferable right to use this application solely for internal accounting and invoicing operations.

Restrictions

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer this application or its components to any third party. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This application is provided "as is" for internal use. Wigglitz LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

Wigglitz LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this application.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Wigglitz LLC operates.
